 1. Tell me about yourself?

This is a common interview question asked by the interviewer to candidate. So you should well prepare for a short description about yourself. Briefly explain your academics and your marks if you acquire good marks otherwise ignore it. Explain in short about your family background and your hobbies. In the last describe about your strengths and weaknesses and goals and achievements.

2. What experience do you have in relevant field?

This question asked by the interviewer to know your previous experiences related to the position you are applying for. You should discuss your job experiences or academic achievements in a positive way.

3. Do you consider yourself successful?

The interviewers may expect you to answer yes and briefly explain why. A good explanation is that you have set goals, and you have met some and are on track to achieve the others.

4. Why did you leave your last job?

This interview question is asked to experience job seekers. You should prepare for this question and answer properly for this question, so they can examine your motives and insights on how to handle work relationships. Your proper answer could be that you want to face new challenge and to learn new things.

5. What do co-workers say about you?

Make a note of your chief qualities and ready up few senesces about your industrious nature and also take pronouncement of people with whom you worked lately. It may help you to see you from the view of other people.

6. What do you know about this company?

This is very ordinary question asked by the all interviewers. For this question you should take the proper knowledge of the company as their product and services and their current role in the market before go for interview.

7. What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?

In this question you try to contain some improvement activities that relate to the job. If you have taken any soft skills program or any computer certified program then told to the interviewer.

8. Are you applying for other jobs?

Be honest for this question but do not spend maximum time in this question and told that you only focus on this job.

9. Why do you want to work for this organization?

This question required to be answered based on the research done on the organization.

10. What range of salary you are expecting?

Every company will have their pre defined standards for each position. Dont be initiative in salary discussions. Be confident, when the interview reaches the stage of salary negotiations. It is very important to negotiate the salary in a right manner.

11. Why should I hire you?

Your answer should be clear and attractive for this question. If you are a fresher than simply tell I am a fresher with lot of energy and enthusiasm and also I m trying to learn a new things. Explain them how your assets meet what the organization needs.

12. What irritates you about co-workers?

For this question do not be specific during the answer and give a common statement.

13. What is your greatest strength?

In this question you explore your positive skills as problem-solving skills, your ability to work under pressure, your leadership skills and your positive attitude etc.

14. Tell me about your dream job?

The best answer is to stay genetic and say something like: A job where I love the work, like the people, can contribute and cant wait to get to work.

15. Why do you think you would do well at this job?

Explain the several skills you have related to the job and your experience towards the job and interest.

16. Tell me about your ability to work under pressure?

For this question give some example in which you have worked under presser. Make sure that the examples should apply for the present position.

17. What motivates you to do your best on the job?

This is a personal trait that only you can say, but good examples are: Challenge, Achievement and Recognition.

18. Are you willing to work overtime/in weekend/in night?

Be honest for this question.

19. Would you be willing to relocate if required?

Think for this question before go for interview but to get a job your answer should be yes.

20. Do you think you are overqualified for this position?

Your answer should be that according to my knowledge and qualification I am a deserving candidate for this job but not overqualified.

21. Do you have any questions for me?

For this question you ask an important question to the interviewer as How soon will I be able to be productive? And what type of projects will I be able to assist on?
